The Baby!

So baby Ava arrived on November 10, 2008 at 1:01 am. As you can see I have forgotten to write on this blog for quite sometime. So here I am on a Sunday afternoon thinking about what to write. I absolutely love my baby girl. She makes me smile to just look at her or even hear her funny little sounds. There is nothing that compares to the sound of your baby's laugh and sight of your baby's smile! It is precious! So as I look forward to her growing up and hearing her speak and watching her grow into a little person I am keeping every moment as a precious memory!

Morning sickness.....

So how can something so beautiful and wonderful make me feel so rotten!?!? I am so excited to finally call myself a mommy, but it is not easy so far. Some days I feel great, but then other days, like yesterday I just want to lay on the couch and sleep. I am very jealous of women who don't have to work, but tomorrow I get to go to the doctor at 8 and then drive to Hendersonville for an audit. Driving in the car, especially in the mornings wakes me want to vomit. The motion is not cool. It should be an interesting day. Don't get me wrong though, I love my baby and I just can't wait to hold it! My baby is a blessing and I will survive this!!

Pregnant!

So yesterday at work someone said they had never seen anyone so excited to be pregnant. That was a great compliment to me! I am very excited! God is good. I am really looking forward to my doctor's appointment on the 25th. I will have an ultrasound and I will get to see my baby's heartbeat! I think that seeing that will make this whole thing seem more real to me. I think I am still in disbelief...

Anniversary

Warren and I celebrated our 2nd anniversary on Sunday!! I love Warren!! So glad I got on the internet that day.....
